I am a registered Psychotherapist with UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) with over a decade’s experience. In my practice, I have worked with diverse group of people across the life span. I specialise in a broad range of adult psychological problems including anxiety, depression, trauma to interpersonal difficulties and unresolved grief, forms of self-criticism / sabotage, and more.
I am also a UKCP registered clinical supervisor and provide supervision for health professionals, qualified psychotherapists and trainees. Alongside my clinical practice, I worked as a faculty member at training centres in London providing training in counselling and psychotherapy.
I hold a master’s degree in clinical psychology, and I have experience of working in various clinical settings in adult mental health. In addition, I have completed psychotherapy training in Poland and in the UK. I have trained further as an ISTDP Psychotherapist with ISTDP-UK followed by advanced group supervision with several well-established supervisors.
In my practice, I am committed to continuing professional development and keep abreast of current research and ongoing development of clinical work. To improve the care I provide, I engage in deliberate practice and work actively to improve effectiveness of therapy.
