Supervision in Central London & online

Clinical Supervision for Psychotherapists in Central London & online

Clinical supervision is an integral part of therapeutic practice. It supports the therapist's professional development, reflective practice and clinical work, while helping to maintain high standard of client care.

I offer clinical supervision for health professionals, experienced psychotherapists, counsellors and therapists in training. My approach draws on a range of therapeutic approaches and and theoretical models creating a supportive and reflective supervisory space that encourages thoughtful, ethical and effective practice.

What Clinical Supervision covers

Supervision provides an opportunity to review client work, explore the practical application of therapeutic principles and develop clinical skills. We can consider challenges in therapy, therapeutic relationships, boundaries, ethical questions and professional dilemmas.

Individual supervision and small group supervision can support ongoing learning, self-reflection and professional development. We can also explore the emotional impact of clinical work and this may influence the therapeutic relationship. The aim is to help you remain effective and grounded in your professional role, strengthen your clinical practice and support better outcomes for your clients.

A Reflective and Supportive Approach

My supervision approach is relational, psychodynamic and integrative. We can explore patterns within the therapeutic relationship, difficulties that arise in clinical work and the therapist's own emotional responses and reflections.

Supervision can support both qualified and trainee therapists in developing greater confidence, self-awareness and clinical effectiveness.

Clinical supervision is available in Fitzrovia, Central London and online across the UK.
