Psychotherapy, Consultation & Supervision in Central London & online

A confidential space to explore and work through emotional challenges in your life

I am a UKCP Registered Psychotherapist with an extensive experience of working with individuals and couples. I offer both short and long-term therapy in person and online. My Practice is based in Central London close to Great Portland St, Goodge St and Oxford Circus tube.

Psychotherapy in a safe and professional setting

Life presents us with challenges and at times we may need help from a professional therapist to face them. I often see clients who wish to get better and want to resolve their problems in current circumstances and past experiences, and to understand themselves more deeply.

If you experience dissatisfaction, are overwhelmed, suffer from distress and self-defeating patterns in personal and professional life that keep you stuck; you can make a healthy choice to gain confidence and take charge of your life. Therapy can be life changing experience in improving physical health, emotional growth and relationships.

I believe that engaging collaboratively, we can work through the issues and help you achieve a desirable change and live more free and meaningful life.

My way of working is to help you benefit from therapy and get to the cause of psychological problems. I trained in Attachment Based - ISTDP (Intensive Short Term Dynamic Psychotherapy) and in integrative modalities including Psychosynthesis, Psychodynamic, Attachment in Clinical Practice, Humanistic, Mindfulness and CBT.

ISTDP is well researched and an evidence- based approach shown to create a deep lasting change. It aims to deal effectively with depression, anxiety disorders, relational difficulties and somatic symptoms linked to psychological origins.

The primary task is to uncover and overcome barriers to psychological health through processing emotional blockages and changing unhelpful habitual response patterns to alleviate suffering and help people live more fulfilling lives.

Speak in confidence

I offer a non- judgmental and professional therapeutic space where you can explore and express in confidence your problems and anything that may be confusing or painful. Emotional struggles are often our response to the challenges we face so there is a reason to what you feel and experience, and a valid reason you want to change it.

A problem shared

Emotional crisis can be both a threat and an opportunity for change and personal growth. Therapy can help to move from dissatisfaction, fear, low moods and self-criticism towards an increased vitality, ability to engage in healthy loving relationships and live with authenticity. I specialise in helping people to deal with anxiety, depression and low moods, trauma, self-esteem and relationship difficulties. Each person is unique, and therapy is tailored to individual needs.

Make better, healthier new choices

With your determination to get well, we can work together to help you gain greater insight into the difficulty and to resolve them. You can learn more effective tools and skills to build emotional resilience, deeper personal connections and live the life that truly matters to you.

During this time, I will help you identify areas that are contributing to your problems and examine underlying difficulty, and you can get an experience of therapy and the way I work.
